i liked the breakfast it included many options. the pool area was very relaxing i enjoyed it. the staff was friendly and helpful
the room cooling was not sufficient it got quite warm. the minibar was empty upon arrival that was not great. the location is a bit outside the city i noticed no shops nearby

the staff were quite helpful. they sorted out my extra requests with kindness. the hotel's room and the views from it were great. i really appreciate that.
the rooms have floor cooling, but i noticed they don't get very cold. cracking a door or window lets in noise. a ceiling fan would greatly improve the cooling.

the location offers river views with helpful staff. i found great asian-influenced food nearby. the setting offers a quiet atmosphere with a nice view and a no-smoking policy, which i found agreeable.

the superior room included a shower. the room felt spacious, with a separate shower and toilet. inside, i discovered robes, slippers, scales, an iron. tea and coffee facilities.

staff members were lovely. they always stopped for a conversation. i felt safe and relaxed , since the staff were eager to assist. this service contributed to an extra special experience.
